Dalessi Engineering

DALESSI ENGINEERING's activities are aimed at judicial and insurance clients.
Among its judicial clients, in the criminal field it can boast the Ticino Magistrates' Court (Public Prosecutor's Office) and, for the civil field, the various Magistrates' Courts. It also provides technical consultancy at criminal courts in Northern Italy and for judicial investigators in the French- and German-speaking part of Switzerland.

It takes on mandates from the major Swiss insurance companies, both with regard to dynamic accident reconstructions and vehicle damage assessment, and cooperates with the anti-fraud services with regard to the plausibility of damages.

Finally, it deals with the analysis of digital traces, extrapolating EDR data (BOSCH CDR) and other information in the vehicle's memories related to its movement.

MASSIMO DALESSI

HES graduate engineer in automotive technology, court-appointed expert, CSEJ/ASEAI/EVU member .

After completing his apprenticeship as a car mechanic, he graduated as an engineer in automotive technology in 1995 and specialised in the field of expert witnesses, particularly in the analysis of traffic accidents.

He deals with road traffic accidents, EDR data analysis and forensic analysis of digital traces.
In parallel, he is involved in training.

ALDO MIGNOLA

Vehicle expert, appraisals and external valuations

After finishing his apprenticeship as a car body tinsmith and gaining experience in the painting branch, he was active as a car body repair receptionist. He joined Dalessi Engineering in 2013 and was trained in the expert aspects of repair costing and commercial valuations.

MAURIZIO TERRIBILINI

Back office, claims checks, expertises and external evaluations

He joined Dalessi Engineering in 2010 and underwent in-house training in the field of repair costing and commercial appraisals.

CHRIS DALESSI

Backoffice

Trained as a commercial employee, he joined Dalessi Engineering at the end of 2022 after two years in the cantonal administration.

It handles mandates and provides administrative support to surveyors.

Michele Tuozzo

Claims check, expertise, external evaluations, back office

After basic training, he worked for about ten years as a body painter, after which he took over the technical and commercial representation of Nexa Autocolor for Italian-speaking customers.

From 2005 onwards, he took on the position of head bodyshop in a number of companies, before becoming bodyshop manager at AMAG in 2011.

In May 2024, he joined Dalessi Engineering, where he was responsible for the technical management of both internal and external appraisals.

L'attività della DALESSI ENGINEERING è rivolta ad una clientela giudiziaria e assicurativa.
Tra i mandanti giudiziari, nell'ambito penale può vantare la Magistratura ticinese (Ministero Pubblico) e per il campo civile le diverse Preture. Ha inoltre già svolto attività di consulenze tecniche presso Tribunali penali del Nord Italia.

Assume mandati dalle maggiori Compagnie d'assicurazione svizzere, sia per quanto attiene alle ricostruzioni dinamiche di incidenti che per ciò che concerne la valutazione dei danni ai veicoli.

Collabora inoltre con i servizi antifrode per quel che concerne la plausibilità dei danni.

Si occupa inoltre dell'analisi delle tracce digitali, procedendo all'estrapolazione dei dati EDR (BOSCH CDR) e di altre informazioni presenti nelle memorie del veicolo relative al movimento dello stesso.
